James Steel
Executive Chairman, P. Geo, MBA
Mr. Steel is a Professional Geoscientist with over thirty years of experience in mining and mining finance. He has worked in exploration and mining geology in producing mines and development projects in Canada, Latin America and Europe. He has served in various advisory roles in both buy and sell-side mining investment analysis and resource portfolio management. He provides regulatory oversight in National Instrument 43-101 compliance feasibility studies and preliminary economic assessments. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Geology/Earth Science from The University of British Columbia and an MBA from the London Business School. Mr. Steel is a Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101.
Paul Ankcorn

Mr. Ankcorn holds an HBA degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and became a Certified Management Accountant in 1983, with over forty years of corporate experience in both the public and private sector. He has served in various C Suite level roles and sat on the board of several public companies in the mining and resource sector.
Robert Isles
Legal Counsel, LL.B J.D
Mr. Isles is an attorney practicing law for more than thirty five years in Toronto. He specializes in corporate law, commercial transactions, securities law and related commercial litigation. He has acted for a variety of companies, both private and public, in a range of transactions, including going-public transactions. Holding a Bachelor of Arts from Université de Franche-Comté and a Bachelor of Civil Law and Masters of International Commercial Law from the Université de Paris I – Sorbonne as well as a J.D. from McGill University, he was Lead Counsel for the defendants in the largest civil court case in the Province of Ontario in which he successfully defended title to valuable mining claims and has appeared at all levels of courts.

Mr. Diesveld is a regulated and licensed capital markets professional having spent over twenty five years within the industry, specializing in the financing , marketing, and ‘roll-out’ of exchange-listed companies to all facets of the international investment community. The last six years saw him in a Managing Director role with Zabedi Capital Partners, a Toronto based boutique investment bank and the previous four years found him in the role of Managing Partner at Salutem Capital Ventures, a London UK based, FCA Regulated and Licensed Investment Firm. Having worked closely with various corporations in the mining sector, Mr. Diesveld brings an abundance of proven success, experience and contacts throughout the global marketplace to Vacheresse Silver Corp.
